BETANET S.A. is a listed Greek industrial company producing high strength concrete prefabricated elements and a domestic market leader. BETANET has two subsidiaries, EKAT ETAN S.A. (100% controlled) and SYPRO S.A. (25% participation).

Through its 100% subsidiary, EKAT-ETAN, (a general contracting firm certified by the Greek Ministry of Public Works) the Group has efficiently completed turn-key projects of considerable size. These include the prefabricated concrete construction of several, institutional and hospital complexes, private residences, tourist resorts and social housing facilities.

SYPRO S.A. is an industrial joint venture with equal participation of four Greek prefabricators specialising in the production of prefabricated sleepers for the railway of the new high speed train of "Athens-Salonica" line, in cooperation with the German firm DYWIDAG S.A. under a technology transfer agreement.
